Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (PIT)Regulations ,2015 ,trading window of the company will be closed for all the Board Members,officers and designated employees and their respected Dependent family members on and from 1st april,2024 and will reopen after completion of 48 hours from the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March,2024
