Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time and as per the clarification given by BSE Ltd vide circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 and pursuant to the Company''s code of conduct for prohibition of insider trading (Code), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the company will remain closed for the designated persons as per the code with effect from Friday, 27th September 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated ) of the company for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2024.
