CS Amarendra Mohapatra, Company Secretaries, as secretarial Auditor of the Co. for the F.Y 24-25 to conduct secretarial Audit as per section 204(1) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Reg. 24(A) of SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015 2. M/s. P.A. & Associates, Chartered Accountant, as an internal auditor of the Company for the F.Y 24-25, Pursuant to section 138 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule No. 13 of the Companies (Accounts) Rules 2014.
