In Compliance with the provisions of SEBI (PIT) Reg. 2015 (as amended) and the Company''s code for prevention of internal trading procedures and conduct for regulating and monitoring and reporting of trading in securities of the company for all designated persons (and their immediate relatives) shall remain closed with effect from 01.07.2024 till the expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30.06.2024 being published.
