Pursuant to the provision of Reg. 91 of the companies act, 2013, read with rule 10 of the companies (management and administration) rules, 2014, and Reg. 42 (2) of the SEBI (LODR) Reg. 2015, the register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the company will remain closed from Saturday, 21st September, 2024 to Friday, 27th September, 2024 (Both days inclusive) for taking record of the members of the company for the purpose of the ensuing 31st AGM scheduled to be held on Friday 27th September, 2024
