With reference to our letter dated February 12, 2020 on 'Intimation of 57th Annual General Meeting' ('AGM') of the Company to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2020, this is to inform the stock exchanges that considering COVID-19 Pandemic situation, Government directives and to ensure health and well-being of all stakeholders, convening of 57th AGM as intimated above has been postponed.<BR> <BR> Further, the date of convening 57th AGM shall be decided on a later date considering Government advisory on COVID-19 and in compliance with regulatory requirements read with any amendments /relaxations for convening AGM.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on your record.
