The 'Trading Window' of the Company will be closed from January 1, 2021 in compliance with the Company's Code on Prohibition of Insider Trading. <BR> <BR> The date up to which the window will remain closed will be communicated at the time of intimation of the Board Meeting to be held for considering and approving the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on December 31, 2020.
