Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and clarification by BSE vide its circular no. LIST /COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02.04.2019, we inform that the Trading Window of the Company will remain closed from July 1, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended at June 30, 2020 for Designated Persons, Designated Employees and their relatives.
