Scope Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 14, 2013, inter alia, has approved and taken note the following:<br/><br/>1. Appointed Sri Nulakajodu Madhu Vinay as Director of the Company.<br/><br/>2. Sri Bobburi Pampapathi has tendered his resignation as director of the Company and was accepted by the Board of Directors.
