As per Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, every designated person of the<BR> company and connected persons has been advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions<BR> placed under above Code, the closure of 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company<BR> by designated persons and connected persons, will commence from April 1, 2021 and end 48 hours<BR> after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the company<BR> for the quarter and year March 31, 2021 become Generally Available Information.<BR> The Company will intimate the date of board meeting for consideration and approval of<BR> abovementioned financial results in due course.
