Semac Consultants Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

In compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct framework of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for designated persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from 1st January 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st December 2023.
