This is to inform you that consequent to the merger of M/s SKDC Consultants Limited, the RTA of the Company, with M/s Link Intime Private Limited, M/s SKDC Consultants Limited has ceased to exist and M/s Link Intime Private Limited shall be the RTA of the Company.
