Sesa Sterlite Limited - Board declares Interim Dividend

Sesa Sterlite Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 29, 2014, inter alia, has approved an Interim Dividend of Rs. 1.75 (i.e. 175%) per equity share on face value of Re. 1/- each.
