In accordance with the Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company, at their meeting held on November 07, 2020, have appointed Dr. Shekhar Kumar Niraj, IFS, Special Secretary (Forests), Environment and Forests Department, Tamilnadu, as an Additional Director of the Company, in the place of Sri Deepak Srivatsava, IFS
