Shah Alloys Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Anoop Sharma, DGM has been appointed as nominee director of the Company vice Mr. A. Khandual as nominee director of IDBI Bank Ltd. Further the Company has informed that, Shri Bhaskar Ghosh vacates office of Director pursuant to Section 283 of the Companies Act, 1956 on account of his absence from three consecutive board meetings without leave of absence.
