SHAKTI PUMPS (INDIA) LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Award_of_Order_Receipt_of_Order

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Shakti Pumps (India) Limited has received Letter of Award from Maharashtra Energy Department Agency (MEDA) for 1200 nos of Off-grid Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping System (SPWPS) at various locations across the State of Maharashtra under Component-B of PM-KUSUM scheme. The total amount of the order value is for around Rs. 33.47 crores (inclusive of GST). Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge the receipt of the same.
