Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Reg 2015, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today Tuesday September 03, 2024 approved the appointment of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP (FRN 012754N/N500016) as the Statutory Auditor of the Company for the period of 5 years subject to approval of Shareholders, in place of existing retiring auditor.
