Shalimar Paints Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following: <BR><BR>1. Appointed Mr. Surender Kumar as the Whole Time Director and COO & CFO of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015;<BR><BR>2. Appointed Ms. Bernadette Dominic as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015;<BR><BR>3. Accepted the resignation of Mr. Sameer Nagpal as the Managing Director & CEO of the Company w.e.f. May 30, 2015;<BR><BR>4. Has not recommended any dividend for the financial year 2014-15;<BR><BR>5. Has formulated the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by the Insiders and the Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
