Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives for dealing in equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the Q.E. 30th September, 2025.
