SHALIMAR WIRES INDUSTRIES LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Shalimar Wires Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 27, 2015, have approved issuance of Zero Coupon Convertible Debentures (ZCCD) of Rs. 100/- each amounting to Rs. 165.87 lacs to Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Ltd. (ARCIL) in terms of Rehabilitation Scheme sanctioned by BIFR and on such other terms and conditions as applicable. The Chairman & Managing Director was authorized to finalize such terms and conditions with ARCIL.
