Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time and Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities, this is to inform that the trading window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by the Insiders covered under Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities will be closed from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration and publication of Financial Results for the quarter end as on March 31, 2023.
