Sharda Cropchem Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 22, 2022, inter alia, has considered and declared Interim Dividend at the rate of Rs. 3.00 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.00 each for Financial Year 2021-22.<BR><BR>Further, the Interim Dividend shall be paid or dispatched on or before March 01, 2022.
