Please be informed that the Board of Directors at its meeting held today, i.e., on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, had approved the re-appointment of Mr. Kamlesh Vadilal Shah as the Managing Director and Mr. Vijay Girdharlal Vora as the Whole-time Director, for a period of five consecutive years, i.e., w.e.f. January 16, 2025, on expiry of their present term of office.
