Sharon Bio-Medicine Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 21, 2014, has resolved and recommended dividend @18% which amounts to Rs. 0.36/- per equity share of Rs. 2 each for the Financial Year ended June 30, 2014.
