SHARP INDIA LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and specified connected persons of the Company from Monday, 1st July, 2024 upto 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ending on June 30, 2024.
