Sharp India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2014, have appointed Mr. Masahiko Nakagawasai, Executive Director as the 'Chief Financial Officer' of the Company from May 26, 2014 up to May 27, 2015.
