SHARP INDIA LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

Sharp India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 26, 2015, have re-appointed Mr. Masahiko Nakagawasai, as an Executive Director as well as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a period of three years from May 28, 2015 up to May 27, 2018.<BR><BR>Mr. Sanjay Vaidya has resigned as the Non Executive Independent Director of the Company from the conclusion of the Board Meeting held on May 26, 2015.
