Sharp Industries Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. Ashwin T. Sheth has resigned from the directorship of the Company w.e.f. December 24, 2013 and in place of him Mr. Rajesh Sheth was appointed as Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. December 24, 2013.
