Sheetal Diamonds Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2015, has transacted the following :<BR><BR>- Accept the Appointment of Mrs. Nita Pankaj Shah as Woman Director for the Company and obtain consent from her to act as a Director for the Company with effect from March 31, 2015.
