SHILCHAR TECHNOLOGIES LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Please take note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons including their immediate relatives and connected persons (as defined in the Code) with effect from 1st January 2023 for the purpose of consideration of unaudited financial results for the Third quarter ended 31st December 2022. The trading window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results for the Third quarter ending on 31st December 2022 to the Stock Exchange.
