Further to our letter dated March 8, 2017,please note that the Board of Directors of the company vide a resolution passed by circulation on March 10, 2017 have allotted 1080 Unlisted, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100,000 (INR One Lakh) each aggregating to Rs 108,000,000 ( INR Ten Crore eighty Lakh ) on private placement basis.
