SHIPPING CORPORATION OF INDIA LTD. - Change in Directorate

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI(Listing and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015, we hereby notify following change in the board of SCI. As per order no. SS-11012/2/2017-SU dated 03.03.2017, received from Ministry of Shipping, Shri Pravir Krishn, IAS, [Joint Secretary (Shipping, Government of India)] has been appointed on the Board of SCI as a part-time official director w.e.f 03.03.2017 vice Shri Barun Mitra. As a result, Shri Barun Mitra [Joint Secretary (Ports, Government of India)] ceases to be on the Board of SCI w.e.f. 02.03.2017.
