Shiva Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2015, inter alia, have approved the followings:<BR><BR>1. The Code of Conduct as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 has been adopted.<BR><BR>2. M/s Tripathy & Co, has been appointed as scrutinizer to scrutinize the E-Voting process for ensuing AGM.
