In terms of Regulations 39(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, the Company has issued "Letter of Confirmation" in lieu of Duplicate Share Certificate to the Shareholder per the list attached as Annexure I based on information received from RTA on 8th July, 2024.
