Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended), the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Specified Connected Persons of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st day of January, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2022.
