Shivam Autotech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 12, 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the re-appointment of Dr. Anil Kumar Gupta, Whole Time Director of the Company and revised his remuneration w.e.f. December 20, 2014.
