Considered and approved Standalone Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report thereon for the half year and year ended on March 31, 2024. 2. Approved Resignation of Mr. Ashwin Madha Bhai Makwana as a Chief Finance Officer of the Company with effect from the closing business hours of 24th May, 2024 due to his pre-occupation in other assignments. 3. Approved the appointment of Mr. Paresh Labhubhai Mer as a Chief Finance Officer of the Company.
