Shoppers Stop Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, as amended and Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the shares of the Company will be closed from April 14, 2014 to April 30, 2014 (both days inclusive).
