Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 26, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2016.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by insiders (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from May 19, 2016 to May 28, 2016 (both days inclusive).
