SHREE CEMENT LTD. - Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Acquisition

Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Company has entered into as Asset Purchase Agreement today i.e. 12th March, 2024, with M/s Starcrete LLP for purchase of five Ready Mix Concrete Plant located in Mumbai Metropolitan Region of Maharashtra.
