Pursuant to Regulations 29(1) and 50(1) of the SEBI (listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby give you notice that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, 14th May, 2024 to consider and approve, inter-alia, audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ending on 31st March, 2024, and to consider recommending the final dividend, if any, on the Equity shares of the Company.
