SHREE CEMENT LTD. - Record Date For Final Dividend

In terms of Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Record date for determining entitlement of Members to final dividend for the financial year ended 31st march, 2024, if approved at the 45th AGM of the Company, will be Tuesday, 23rd July, 2024. The said dividend, if approved, will be paid on o after Wednesday, 7th August, 2024.
