Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on February, 03, 2015 to consider and approve, inter-alia, the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and six months ended on December 31, 2014.(Q2)<BR><BR>In accordance with the Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares by the specified persons of the Company shall remain closed from January 27, 2015 to February 05, 2015 (both days inclusive).
