Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that Pursuant to SEBI Circular dated May 11, 2015, the Company has informed that as per requirement of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has formulated and published in its official website www.shreecement.in "Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure" of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information and also formulated "Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading for prevention of insider trading."
