Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that In accordance with the Code of Conduct of Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares by the specified persons of the Company shall remain closed from August 18, 2014 to August 27, 2014 (both days inclusive) due to meeting of Board of Directors of the Company scheduled to be held on August 25, 2014 for approval of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Year ending on June 30, 2014 and consideration of payment of Second Interim dividend.
