Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 25, 2014, inter alia, has:<br/><br/>1. Declared Second Interim Dividend @ Rs. 12 per share for the year ended June 30, 2014 (FY 2013-14).<br/><br/>2. Declared the First Interim Dividend @ Rs. 10 per share for the year 2014-15.
