With reference to the earlier announcement regarding declaration of 'One-time Special Dividend' at the rate of Rs. 100 per share by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 30, 2017.<BR><BR>Shree Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that Due to typographical error, the date of payment of dividend was communicated as February 09, 2016 instead of February 09, 2017.Therefore the Company requested to take note of date of payment of dividend as February 09, 2017.
