Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on June 30, 2014 and also consider payment of Second Interim Dividend for the Accounting year 2013-14.
