SHREE CEMENT LTD. - Board to consider Second Interim Dividend by way of circulation

Shree Cement Ltd has informed BSE that a Resolution is proposed to be passed by the Board of Directors of the Company by way of circulation on March 10, 2016 to consider declaration of 2nd interim dividend for the financial year 2015-16 and fixation of record date for the same, if declared.<BR><BR>Further, in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting trading by insiders (Insider Trading Code) of the Company, the Trading Window will remain closed from March 05, 2016 to March 12, 2016 (both days inclusive).
