SHREE CEMENT LTD. - Outcome of Board Meeting

With reference to the earlier communication dated February 02, 2016 regarding granting of in principal approval by the Board for setting up integrated cement plant at Village Kodla in Karnataka. Shree Cement Ltd has now informed BSE that the project has been reviewed and approved by the Board in its meeting held on January 30, 2017.
